My name is Sara and I am a freshman journalism student at the University of Missouri. I understand you don't personally respond to every message, but I hope you can respond to this one. I am in a group with 7 other journalism students are doing a news story project for our Cross Cultural Journalism class on Brazilian forestry and how it is impacting the surrounding areas and even the United States. I understand you have extensive knowledge about these topics, and I was wondering if there was any way we could interview you, or could you point us in the direction of an expert who could? Hi Sara, and thanks so much for your message! Your project sounds very exciting and I am so glad you and others will be doing this. I am very sorry to say that I can't be much help to you, as my knowledge of Brazilian forestry is very limited and I do not have contacts in this industry, however I have posted your message here in case some of our visitors may be able to suggest where you can look. Thanks so much for sharing what you are doing though, as this is very inspiring and I know will help raise consciousness about the importance of the forests in Brazil which do have an impact globally!
